Each product has a name, SKU, category, price and reorder level — and a cost, if you want to track what you paid.
Categories
Group products into categories and sub-groups. Categories carry through to your reports.
Variants
Size, colour or style — each variant keeps its own SKU, price and stock.
CSV import & export
Bring your whole catalogue in from a spreadsheet, or export it whenever you need a copy.
Stock per location
See how much of each item every location holds, and move stock between them with transfers.
Stock that updates itself
Receive a purchase order and stock goes up. Transfer between sites and both sides update.
Reorder levels
Set the level where an item needs reordering. It shows on your dashboard, and in a daily email of items at risk of running out.
Stock adjustments
Correct a count after a stocktake. Every adjustment is recorded with who made it and when.
