Common questions

When does it launch?: We’re building it now and launching first in Canada, with prices in Canadian dollars and your provincial sales tax. Tell us you’re interested and you’ll be among the first to use it.
Do I need a Stripe account?: Yes — customers pay you through your own Stripe account. If you don’t have one yet, we’ll help you set it up.
Does Tillstock take a percentage of my sales?: No. Stripe’s standard card processing fees apply to your Stripe account; Tillstock takes nothing from your sales.
Do I need the Inventory package as well?: The online store runs on your Tillstock products and stock, so it comes as part of the Inventory + Online Store package.
