How to Build a Zap

Automate in 4 steps

No developer required. A free Zapier account is all you need to get started.

    Connect Tillstock to Zapier

    In Zapier, search for "Tillstock" and connect your account using your API key from Settings → Integrations → Zapier.

  2. 02

    Choose an Tillstock trigger event

    Select the event that starts your automation — Low Stock Alert, New Sales Order, New Customer, PO Received, or any of the 8 available triggers.

  3. 03

    Select your action app and configure it

    Pick the destination app (Slack, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Gmail, and 4,997 more) and map the Tillstock data fields to the action.

  4. 04

    Test and activate your Zap

    Run a test with real data to confirm everything maps correctly, then turn the Zap on. It will run automatically from that point forward — no monitoring needed.
